Product line designed to preserve feed quality ensuring stability and increasing the preservation period. The use of our additives in feed allows feed ingredients to be free of pathogen microorganisms as well as any other toxic components.

PRESERVERS:

Antimicrobial line of products based on organic acid desalts. Exclusive production process that minimizes the free acid content and results in an easy to handle and safe product.

SALMONAT: Antibacterial (powder and liquid versions) based on unsaturated salts of formic acid (diformiates). The incorporation of desalts prevent feed and raw material recontamination by releasing acid progressively during the required period of preservation.

When added to the raw material and feed,
SALMONAT prevents or eliminates the presence of enterobacterias (particularly Salmonella), without altering the quality of the substrate to which is added.

FUNGINAT: Anti fungal and antimicrobial line of additives (powder and liquid versions) based on unsaturated salts of propionic and formic acids (dipropionates and diformiates), combining to form a powerful inhibitor effective on different species of mould and bacteria.

FUNGISAL: Mould Inhibitors (powder and liquid versions) based on unsaturated salts of propionic acid (dipropionate), combining the free acid efficacy with the long persistency of salt.

Advantages of NOREL’S line of antimicrobials

1.- Higher inhibition power on different mould species and bacteria.

2.- Lower volatility avoiding losses of the active part in pelleting processes, where the substrate is taken to high temperatures.

3.- Higher diffusion to allow an homogeneous mix in the treated substrate.

4.- Greater dissociation: larger number of active molecules in humid and high temperature conditions when the treated substrate is at a higher risk of contamination, providing a powerful anti fungal spectrum.
